Jop S. Spijkerman
PARTNER
After obtaining his degree in Dutch law, Jop joined Wladimiroff in 2007. He concerns himself with corporate criminal law, with an emphasis on offences of fraud under general criminal law (fraud, forgery, bribery, money-laundering), environmental criminal law, industrial accidents, and insolvency fraud.
In 2013 he completed the Criminal Law post-graduate programme at the Willem Pompe Institute of Criminal Law and Criminology. He frequently teaches economic criminal law and fraud to fellow lawyers.
In addition, Jop is a substitute judge in the Limburg district Court.
Jop is a member of the Advisory Committee on Criminal Law of the Hague Bar Association.
